Dr. Anja FrankenbergerManaging Director

Anja Frankenberger studied law in Munich before working for an international executive search company for three years after completing her doctorate in 1999. Together with Dr Carolin Engelhorn, she founded the Kindness for Kids Foundation in 2003. Anja Frankenberger is Managing Director (for legal matters) and is responsible for legal affairs, project management and fundraising. She lives near Munich with her husband and two children.

Stephanie HorndaschSocial media, events, fundraising and administration

Stephanie Horndasch studied business administration in Saarbrücken and worked for many years in marketing at various companies and agencies. Her great passion for years was to bring joy to children's eyes through the conception and organisation of educational adventure worlds. At the Kindness for Kids Foundation, she is responsible for project management, fundraising and events and also takes care of general administrative tasks. She lives near Munich with her husband and two children.

Natalie KramerCoordinator social projects southern Germany

Natalie Kramer is a trained theatre educator. For many years, she conducted and led projects at schools, hospices and workshops for the disabled. As a hospital clown, she found her way into grief counseling with children and adolescents. She also worked for two years as an individual support worker at the Starnberg special needs school and recently enjoyed caring for children at the Starnberg forest kindergarten. At the Kindness for Kids foundation, she is responsible for organising and accompanying the children´s camps and family timeouts.

Susanne SilligmüllerCoordinator social projects nothern Germany

The physiotherapist and state-certified alternative practitioner has been responsible for project management in northern Germany since 2010. The Baltic Sea sailing trip on a traditional sailing ship, which has taken place every year around Whitsun since 2012, is particularly close to her heart. She lives with her husband and two children in the north of Hamburg.

Christine ZieglmeierMarketing and accounting, social projects

Christine Zieglmeier studied business administration in Saarbrücken and subsequently worked for several years in Düsseldorf as a researcher. After moving to Munich, she worked for many years in the marketing sector in the food industry before joining the foundation in March 2020. At Kindness for Kids, she is responsible for the marketing and accounting departments. Additionally, she enthusiastically leads the Avatar project, which aims to provide school education and social integration from home using state-of-the-art technology for children and teenagers who cannot attend school due to their illness. She lives near Munich with her husband and three children.

FSJ / Internship Social Pojects

Would you like to get involved in social projects and immerse yourself in the world of foundations? Are you open and communicative? Are you proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes?

Yes? Then we are looking for you for a voluntary social year (duration 6-12 months) or an internship (up to 3 months).
